Our Values

Nothing like a catchy subject line that looks like every email you will probably open on Monday morning...

Except this post is a bit different. Because we are breaking down the values here at Career Civility.

As I was thinking about what it means to work at Career Civility and what we do for our clients, I originally came up with a bunch of boring, academic words and phrases. And yet, I knew we were more than that. I knew that would put people to sleep, their eyes would glaze over, and they'd be onto the next (#thankyounext).

But here at Career Civility, we have one mission - to redefine communication.

And we do that by being human. Simple.

Career Civility - Be Human.

Our values are the vehicle to do just that.

People - We value People - as they are and as they are becoming.

Connections - We value Connections - the effort and harmony created by connecting.

Civility - Our namesake - We value Civility - The belief that each individual matters.

Being human is to do. It is becoming, it is connecting, and it is valuing one another.

Here at Career Civility, we value thoughts, perspectives, emotions, hardships, relationships, experiences, skillsets, ideas, examples, stories, culture, successes, failures, people.

It is important to know, showcase, and live by your values.
